climbing or ski touring in the southern alps

i'm a new arrival on the south island, and am planning to spend at least the rest of the winter here.  i've got a rope and full avy kit with me, and am looking for folks to do some outdoor climbing or ski touring with.  i think i'm going to settle in wanaka, but i'm going to spend a little time checking out the mountains near queenstown and arthur's pass first.  let me know if you are in the area and are looking to get out! (i climb at about a grade of 20).
